A Ghanaian actor Dumelo has delivered his judgment early of the 2022 FIFA World Cup head to header playoff qualifier between the Super Eagles and the Black Stars.
The first leg is set to take place at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi, Ashanti on Friday, 25th March 2022.
Before the game, Dumelo took to social media to convey his opinions.
Dumelo posted a message on his official Instagram page to support his motherland Ghana against Nigeria.
The actor is sure that the Ghana Black Stars will be win and even declared potential outcomes should they fail.
According to him, he will be ready to walk from Accra capital of Ghana to Lagos the retail capital of Nigeria if the Super Eagles earn a victory against the Black Stars.
The message on his Instagram account said, “ no way super eagles of Nigeria will win today’s match. If they do,
I John Setor Dumelo will walk barefoot from Accra to Lagos tomorrow morning with my ginger on my head. Super Eagles my foot,” he wrote.
The comment by Dumelo who is well known in Nollywood led to statements from Nigerian actors.
Nigerian actress, screenwriter, and producer Uche Jombo Rodriguez responded with a remark, “The walk go make brain perish.”
EX Big Brother Africa competitor Uti Nwachukwu corresponded, “We have received your promise.”
Lilian Esoro wrote, “Charlie reserve this energy for the walk o. No story”, while Ruth Kadiri added, “Go and buy your ginger down o.
