On the 3rd of November, 1986 Abimbola Craig was born on November 3, 1986. The baby was born within Warri Delta state, in the geopolitical zone south-south of the country. She was born to a Yoruba dad from Ogun State and Itsekiri mother from Delta state, but she lived in Lagos. His father worked as an Engineer and her mother was a lawyer who was able to follow in her mother’s father’s footsteps.

Craig, the Nollywood actor was the 2nd child of three children born to her parents. Craig was a normal childhood. Her father died of cancer just a few years ago.

Education

Abimbola Craig began her primary education at Starland primary school. After that, she went to Air Force secondary school at Ibadan for her secondary schooling.

Afterward, Craig was accepted to at the University of Buckingham, London where she pursued her studies in Law after which, following her graduation in London she went back to Nigeria to attend law school.

She was admitted to the bar one year after she had graduated from Law School.

She also worked as an associate with Stream Sowers and Kohn. She quit her law firm looking to explore something new and was offered a job at Ndani TV as a Producer in 2014. Later, she joined the Nigerian film business (Nollywood).

The first film Abimbola Craig was in was “Skinny Girl In Transit” in which she starred in the role of Tiwalade. In the beginning, she was in the process of producing the film, but during auditions, she was playing with the script and her bosses thought she was skilled enough to play the role and advised her to give it a go. She is currently working for Ndani TV as Head of Productions.
