On Monday the 2nd of September, there was unrest in Federal Polytechnic, Bida as it was reported that students attacked commercial drivers for some misunderstanding which led to retaliation from ingenious people of the vicinity.

The SUG president sustained a knife stab injury to the arm while some others were badly injured, we cannot certify right now that any lives were lost but soldiers had been sent to the school to calm the tension.
