Yung Miami (born on 11 February 1994) (real name Caresha Romeka Brownlee is an American musician, rapper, and songwriter.

Her most well-known accomplishment is being part of the duo hip-hop City Girls together with her friend as well as co-rapper Jatavia Shakara Johnson (JT). The duo gained fame through their hit single Twerk released in the year 2018.

YouTuber Yung Miami was introduced to her first partner in music, JT through the friendship of a mutual friend. The two recorded their first single, Fuck Dat Nigga and it was a mock track aimed at their ex-boyfriends who were not paying them when they requested it.

Young Miami promoted the song through social media, and even provided DJs with money to perform the song in clubs. The track features a notable version of fellow Florida artist Khia‘s My Neck, My Back (Lick It), which quickly gained many thousands of views. The music video for the track premiered in January 2018, and starred singer Trina. The following year, the track was featured on the compilation album Quality Control‘s mixtape, Control the Streets Volume 1.

JT was detained and was charged with aggravated identity theft just following the deportation of Duck Dat Nickga and was sentenced to a period of 24 months of federal jail. The judge finally decided to delay her surrender date. JT began her sentence of imprisonment in July 2018 and was scheduled to be released on March 1st, 2020. In the time that JT was in jail, Yung Miami continued to promote the group’s music declaring: “When she was in jail I would visit strip bars and pay a DJ $20 for the song. The track began to take off.”

When they signed with Quality Control Music The duo was subsequently called the most awaited artist in the world of development for that week based upon activity all over three charts: Billboard chart Hot 100, Social 50 as well as the Billboard 200.

Period The City Girls‘ debut mixtape, was released in May of 2018 and was released at No. 16 on the Heatseekers Albums the same month. It was also ranked 26th on the list of Rolling Stone of the Top 30 Hip-Hop Albums of 2018.

Yung Miami is not married at the moment. But, she does have one child, Jai Malik Wiggins Jr. who is with her former lover, Jai Wiggins. In the aftermath of Jai Wiggins assaulting her and committing numerous incidents of violence against women, she and Jai Wiggins split up.

She started dating one of Atlanta’s most popular producers, Joshua Howard Luellen also known as Southside which began in November of 2018. The couple eventually separated and then reunited after Southside purchased Yung Miami an all-new Mercedes-Benz Class. She has a daughter together with Southside who they have named the Summer Miami Luellen.

The actress posted about what she was expecting on Instagram in June 2019. She was shot while she left the Miami recording studio on the 6th of August 2019. The shooting occurred following her ex-rapper, Kodak Black, recording a track from prison where Kodak Black calls the Yung Miami as being pregnant with the child of another rapper.

While there was no evidence that her mother Yung Miami or her unborn baby was hurt, however, their car was damaged through gunfire. In October 2019, she welcomed her daughter with the name Summer Miami Luellen. On the 15th of June, 2020 the YAng Miamipaid their respects on behalf of Jai Wiggins, who passed away in the early part of June. She posted the Instagram collage of images of his son who was six years old.

She has been with Southside (record producer) (2018), Ball Greezy (2017-2018), and Jai Wiggins (2010-2015). Yung Miami is currently engaged to the producer of her record Sean Combs also addressed as Diddy.
