Solana Imani Rowe (born on the 8th of November 1989) also known professionally by the name SZA is an accomplished American artist and singer. She was born and raised in New Jersey, she began her career in music at high school and self-released her debut EP in 2012.

The singer signed to the American indie label Top Dawg Entertainment in 2013 and debuted her first extended work, See.SZA.Run, in April 2014. SZA‘s debut album, Ctrl, was released in June to great reviews and it topped both the US Billboard R&B Albums and Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts.
