Chinsea Lee (born on the 1st of October 1996) also known in the media as Shenseea Shenseea is a talented singer as well as songwriter hailing from Jamaica. She gained attention after she made appearances in songs by Christina Aguilera, Sean Paul as well as Vybz Kartel.

She signed a recording deal 2019 with Interscope Records in 2019 and then dropped her Tyga-featuring track Blessed which has racked up more than more than 58 million viewers on YouTube.

Career

Shenseea has been signed to Lemuel Samuel‘s music label Rockstar after just a few years of being a popular musician. She gained fame after performing on a side stage during Reggae Sumfest in 2015 and remixing the hit Vybz Kartel track Loodion the Reggae Sumfest stage.

She was awarded the Young Hot Hype and Hype Artiste Break Out Celebrity of 2016 and the Collaboration Of The Year for the track Loodi with Vybz Kartel at the 2016 Youth View Awards. Alongside dancehall, she has also demonstrated her rap skills by freestyling.

Shenseea was featured in the track Right Moves from Christina Aguilera’s album Liberation. In October 2018, Vybz Kartel and Shenseea collaborated on the track.

Prior to her singing career taking off in the year 2015, she gave birth to her son Rajeiro Lee at the age of 19. The baby was named after her father, Rob Lee, and Romeich Major is been a father figure for her son.
