Early Life

Ladele was born on 10th July 1996 at an unnamed medical facility located within Surulere, Lagos State. His birth name is Imisiola Imisioluwa, Ladele. He hails from the southwest region, with his family stemming to his Yoruba tribe.

While he was born and raised in the area of mainland Lagos, Ladele is an indigene of the city of Abeokuta in Ogun State. He was born into an orthodox Christian family where his parents made sure that the child was taught morals.

Ladele‘s first foray into music began at a very young age. He was heavily influenced by famous Nigerian music icons like Don Jazzy, D’banj, 2Baba, Naeto C, Wande Coal, Eldee, Olu Maintain, and many other artists. While he was a fan of music from American musicians, he developed an interest in Afrobeats and began writing songs in the Afrobeat genre.

To boost his chances of becoming an accomplished performer, Ladele joined the choir when he was a teenager. As a singer, he sang in the church at every service helped him develop his voice as well and taught the basics of stage performance.

On March 15th, 2021 Ladele made it clear that the singer had signed a record contract in partnership with Obimzy Records, owned by entrepreneur, Abu Abel Egbarin. This is a huge victory for Ladele and is an achievement that is well-deserved due to the fact that he’s worked hard throughout the many years.

His most-loved single, X and O came out in the month of June of 2020. It is his biggest success to date.
