APC Speaks Ahead Supplementary Elections.

The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has reacted to the decision of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to run supplementary elections in six states.

The APC on Sunday expressed disappointment in the decision of the electoral umpire to run elections in those state.
 The party in a statement by its national secretary, Mallam Lanre Issa-Onilu, the party said that while it is disappointed with INEC’s decision, it is confident the party will be victorious eventually before, during and after the elections.

The party declared the states of Adamawa, Bauchi, Benue, Kano, Plateau and Sokoto a sure win for the party in the forthcoming supplementary elections across the six states.

In the statement on Sunday, the party also urged INEC to ensure that the elections are free and fair.

The Party in its conclusion, also accused the People Democratic Party (PDP) of plots to rig the elections.
