Career

Victor Eugenie Adere was born in Kirikiri, Apapa, Lagos State where he grew up alongside his entire family. He is the eldest child of four. He was a student at Heritage International School in Lagos as well as Ekpan Secondary School in Uvwie, Warri metropolitan area.

Victor AD is an Afrobeats vocalist and started his musical career in the year 2014. He has collaborated with several producers, including Kizzybeatz, Kulboybeat, Mr Nolimitz, ID Clef.

The first single that he has released is Jowo. The track drew him into the spotlight and became a theme tune that was used on Radio Continental.

He released his first single in 2017. debuted another single titled “No Idea,” that made waves across the nation. The music video for the song came out in the second quarter of the year. The film was produced and directed by Cinema House Images and was later accepted by TV stations in the country.

In June of 2018, Victor AD released his single “Wetin’ We’re Gaining,” which was a top hit on the charts in the US for several weeks. Because of the popularity of the song, Longitude Promotions, a management firm for music was able to sign a contract with Victor AD.

The music video for Wetin”s Wetin”’s Gain has more than 9 million hits on YouTube.

On August 2nd, 2019, he dropped the album, The Red Eye.
