Nigeria Beat Guinea 1-0 In AFCON To Book Spot In The Knockout Stage

Nigeria’s Super Eagles have secured a place in the knockout stage of the AFCON 2019 in Egypt after beating Guinea 1-0.

The Super Eagles have beaten Guinea 1:0 in the ongoing AFCON 2010 tournament. Kenneth Omeruo scored the winner to give Nigeria victory over Guinea
Kenneth Omeruo headed into the Guinean net the decisive goal in the 73rd minute, in the Super Eagles second match in Group B of the African Cup of Nations.
The goal, with Moses Simon providing the assist, has  catapulted Nigeria into the second round of the tournament.
The Eagles, playing without captain Mikel Obi also dominated possession in the second match at Alexandria Stadium.
