Inacio is a native of Almada, Setubal District and was raised in Seixal which is a municipality that lies 34.2 km 21.3 miles away. As a child, he would play football whenever he could , whether on the streets or at the house. He also regularly went to Sporting CP matches with his father.

Inacio began his career at the his local club Almada prior to moving to the Sportsing's academy. Before that the academy, he was involved in several trials with the crosstown rivals Benfica however, he ultimately chose not to join them after his father's car failed twice while the team was in training. On the 13th of January, 2018 He was signed on his debut professional deal at 16 years old. Inacio received his first call-up for the team's first squad on the 6th of July 2020. He was left out of the draw that was goalless at Moreirense at the Primeira Liga; he would initially struggle to integrate as he is reserved However, he managed to get his place thanks to the guidance of coach Ruben Amorim as well as the players Nuno Mendes Eduardo Quaresma and Tiago Tomas, who he had been able to get acquainted with during his time in the youth teams. Inacio made his debut in an away victory of 2-0 against Portimonense on the 4th of October in the 62nd minute, replacing Zouhair Feddal.

Inacio was a player for Portugal at the under-17 and under-18, as well as the under-19, under-20, and under-21 levels. He earned an aggregate of 17 caps. He was invited to the senior squad under the leadership of Fernando Santos on 26 August 2021 for 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Azerbaijan and the Republic of Ireland and a friendly match against Qatar. A few days later the player was removed from the team following an injury to the left side of his thigh.

Inacio was a player who made it through the youth ranks of Sporting, achieved his breakthrough as a senior player in the 2020/21 campaign after Ruben Amorim was appointed as the new coach from Silas in early 2020.
