BUHARI COMMITS ANOTHER BLUNDER – NAMES ANOTHER PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE
President Muhammadu Buhari, Thursday shocked supporters and viewers of his presidential campaign in Warri, Delta state, as he mistakenly called the All Progressives Congress, APC, gubernatorial candidate, Great Ogboru, the party’s presidential candidate.
Leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) are currently at the Warri Township Stadium, Delta State for the party’s presidential campaign.
The presidential campaign is geared towards preparations for the general elections coming up in February.
APC leaders in attendance at the campaign include President Muhammadu Buhari; National Chairman of the party, Adams Oshiomhole; the Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, among others.
Meanwhile, the Governor of Delta State and Gubernatorial candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) Ifeanyi Okowa was on hand to receive the President despite their political difference. Among the APC leaders in the State to receive the president were the former governor of the State who recently defected to the APC, Emmanuel Uduaghan, the Gubernatorial candidate of the APC, Great Ogboru and other others.
While addressing the crowd, in his handover of the party’s flag to the gubernatorial flagbearer, President Buhari was said to have called Ogboru the Presidential, Senatorial, Governorship candidate of the Party. Analysts blame that on stress that comes with the season.
