Gabriel Teodoro Martinelli Silva born 18 June 2001, also known by the name Gabriel Martinelli, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays the position of forward at Premier League club Arsenal and the Brazil national team.

2019-2022 Debut season and breakthrough

Martinelli has made the Premier League debut on 11 August 2019, in the 1-0 victory over Newcastle United, coming on in the 84th minute substitute for Henrikh Mkhitaryan. On September 24, Martinelli scored a brace in his first appearance for the club during the 5-0 win over Championship team Nottingham Forest in the EFL Cup. Martinelli’s performance was praised by the head coach Unai Emery.
