Nigerians have been advocating for Goodluck Jonathan on twitter to join the 2023 presidential race.

The Peoples Democratic Party chieftain since his defeat to the All Progressives Congress and President Muhammadu Buhari in 2015 had stayed away from the political scene.

There has been speculations that Goodluck is planning on contesting for the presidential seat but his aide denied it and termed it as baseless rumor.
